SCDOT crews to start safety upgrades mid-December on St. James Avenue in Goose Creek

It’s been long desired and it looks like progress is finally coming to St. James Avenue in Goose Creek. According to Goose Creek City councilman Jerry Tekac, SCDOT crews will begin work for safety upgrades the week after the Christmas Parade.
