Joint Base Charleston's 'Heroes of Flight' airshow draws in about 65,000 spectators

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Commanders at Joint Base Charleston said about 65,000 people attended the "Heroes of Flight" Airshow this past weekend.

In a video posted to Facebook, Col. Freeman and Col. Todd thanked all of the volunteers and everyone who came out to enjoy the show.

On Friday, commanders from the base said they had about 7,000 students come out for the STEM fair.
