GoFundMe surpasses goal in support of shrimper who lost livelihood on Thanksgiving

Help has poured in to support a Lowcountry shrimper who lost his boat on Thanksgiving day. Noe Kellum left his boat for just a few hours to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner with his family friends, but when he came back, he walked upon his worst fear. His boat and his livelihood had sunk. A GoFundMe to benefit Kellum topped a $10,000 goal today. As of Monday evening, it had raised $10,251.
