Driver, good Samaritan killed after I-26 collision

A driver and a Good Samaritan are dead after a collision on I-26 Thursday morning, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol (SCHP). Around 12:36 a. m. Thursday morning near mile marker 98. 5, a 2007 Chevy HHR was traveling west on I-26 when it ran off the road and hit a guardrail. A person who witnessed the accident pulled over to help the driver of the Chevy out of their vehicle.
