30-year-old Goose Creek murder victim identified by Berkeley County Coroner's Office

GOOSE CREEK, S.C. (WCIV) — The Berkeley County Coroner's Office identified the victim of a murder in Goose Creek that transpired over the weekend.

Josheul Allen 30, from Smoaks, South Carolina, was positively identified by the Berkeley County Coroner's Office.

Allen was the victim of a Saturday, April 20, shooting that took place at 9:31 p.m. on Newell Drive in Goose Creek.

Allen was pronounced dead on the scene.

Nicholas Jermaine Thorn, 44, is charged with murder in connection with the shooting, according to the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office.
