Activists in Charlotte, North Carolina, are using warning whistles to alert illegal immigrants about approaching ICE agents, a tactic U.S. Customs and Border Protection Chief Michael Banks on Newsmax called “shocking” and dangerous for law enforcement.
“So never in my lifetime have we seen anything like this,” Banks told Newsmax TV’s “Saturday Report.”
“And it’s shocking because the job is already dangerous enough when you’ve got to go in and you’re targeting a known criminal.”
