(LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C.) -- The officers from the Lexington County Multi-Agency Narcotics Enforcement Team seized a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory that was being operated at a residence on Norman Drive near West Columbia on Tuesday.

Jerald David Chase, 40, Jimmy Leon Marsh, III, 27, and Betty Alice Nix, 32, were all arrested on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine and possessing methamphetamine with the intent to distribute it.

The suspects are currently being held at the Lexington County Detention Center.
